  • What does a Vendors Advocate do?

    I project manage and oversee the whole sale process, by interviewing 3 high profile local Real estate agencies.


    I help the vendors select who they are most comfortable with, negotiating  the most commercial selling fee.


    I offer  an unbiased professional view and  act as a conduit for the vendors, therefore releasing themselves from the stress of selecting an Agent, especially if they have personal relationships with a few Agents. I act as a pressure release valve throughout the emotional process of selling, providing extremely professional feedback throughout the campaign, to ensure the correct decision is made at selling time

  • How much do Vendor advocates charge?

    An agreed fee or percentage (%) of the sale price. The Vendor advocate then negotiates a more commercial fee from the selected Estate Agent, in order that the Vendors overall fees are commercial.
